Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka was born in Minsk. Sergey Sabalenka (d. 2019) is her hockey-playing father. Aryna Sabalenka, a Belarusian born on May 5, 1998. Her career has seen her had 12 WTA singles titles. One of them was a Grand Slam at the 2023 Australian Open. As a specialist of doubles, she also has won at the US Open of 2019 as well as in the Australian Open of 2021 with Elise Mertens. It was the Sunshine Double was achieved by Elise and her in the year the year 2019. They both won the WTA 1000s in Indian Wells & Miami. Only four women's pairs had achieved this feat. It was only four couples that achieved this feat during women's doubles. In doubles however she pushed herself up to first place during February of that same year after the victory in Melbourne being the first tennis player born in Belarus to be a part of this specialty. She was trained by the former Russian tennis player Dmitry Tursunov from 2018 until the end of the season in 2019 and in part at the beginning of 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was her coach from the month of August until September 2020. Antonio Dubrov is her coach who has been with her since the beginning of 2020. Serena Williams & Maria Sharapova are her main inspirations.
